Committee Overview
Migrants and refugees can face discrimination, exploitation, arbitrary detention, family separation, and barriers to essential services throughout transit and after arriving in a destination country.
Delegates will assess how states and international organizations can strengthen protection, access to due process, humanitarian assistance, and shared responsibility while respecting human dignity.
